Meet the Artist Reatha Osborn
Reatha Osborn was born and raised on a farm in Carroll County, Maryland.
She has always loved animals, especially horses.
Reatha has attended classes at the Maryland Institute of Art
She has won numerous awards for her artwork, and has had her work featured in various magazines
She does work in various mediums including oils, acrylic, pencil, and mixed media
Reatha has painted on traditional surfaces such as canvas, slate, ceramic tile, porcelain ware, interior murals, exterior murals, and furniture.
Reatha has done many commissions of pet portraits particularly horses and dogs
Member Carroll County Arts Council
